At The New Hijabi, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase.

If you are not happy with your items, we offer a straightforward return and replacement process in compliance with UAE Consumer Protection Laws.

1. Return Window You have 7 days from the date of delivery to request a return or replacement.

2. Eligibility for Returns To be eligible for a return, clothing items must be:

- Unworn, unwashed, and in their original condition.

- Equipped with all original tags and labels attached.

- In the original packaging.

- Accompanied by the original invoice or proof of purchase.

3. Manufacturing Defects In accordance with UAE law, if an item is found to have a manufacturing defect, you are entitled to a replacement or a full refund. Please contact us immediately at thameenah@thenewhijabi.com with photos of the defect.

4. Refund Process

- Original Payment Method: Refunds for credit/debit card payments will be credited back to the original card used. Please allow 7–14 business days for the amount to reflect in your account.

- Cash on Delivery (COD): For orders paid via COD, refunds will be issued as Store Credit or Bank Transfer.

- Shipping Costs: Original shipping fees are non-refundable. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is defective or incorrect.
