SHIPPING POLICY

Thank you for shopping with The New Hijabi. We are committed to delivering your modest wear with care and efficiency. Below are the terms and conditions that constitute our Shipping Policy.

1. Shipment Processing Time

All orders are processed within 1–2 business days.

  • Orders are not shipped or delivered on UAE public holidays.

  • If we are experiencing a high volume of orders (such as during Ramadan or Eid), shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery.

2. Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates

Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

United Arab Emirates (Domestic)

  • Standard Delivery (1–3 Business Days): AED 13 (Flat Rate).

  • Free Shipping: We offer FREE Standard Delivery on all UAE orders over AED 200.

  • Next-Day Delivery: For Abu Dhabi and Dubai, we will endeavour to deliver your items the next day however it should be placed before 12:00 PM.

3. Cash on Delivery (COD) - UAE Only

We offer Cash on Delivery for orders within the UAE. Please note:

  • An additional AED 10 COD fee may be applied by the courier.

  • Please ensure you have the exact amount ready for the courier to avoid delivery delays.

4. Shipment Confirmation & Order Tracking

You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email once your order has shipped containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will be active within 24 hours.

5. Incorrect Address & Undeliverable Packages

Please double-check your delivery address, especially your mobile number and Villa/Apartment number.

  • In the UAE, couriers rely heavily on your mobile number to coordinate delivery. Please have your mobile phones handy to receive calls from the Courier as and when your items are out for shipping.

  • If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect address or failure to answer the courier’s calls, the customer will be responsible for the cost of re-shipping.

6. Damages

If you receive your order damaged, please save all packaging materials and damaged goods and contact our support team at thameenah@thenewhijabi.com or WhatsApp us at +971588725925 within 48 hours of receipt. Please include photos of the damage for insurance purposes.

7. International Shipping (GCC & Rest of World)

We  will soon ship to most countries worldwide via our partner couriers (e.g., DHL/UPS/Aramex).

  • GCC Countries (Saudi Arabia, Oman, Kuwait, Bahrain): 3–5 business days.

  • Rest of World: 5–10 business days depending on location.

  • International rates are calculated at checkout based on the weight of the package and the destination country.
