By visiting our site and/or purchasing something from us, you engage in our “Service” and agree to be bound by the following terms and conditions (“Terms of Service”, “Terms”), including those additional terms and conditions and policies referenced herein and/or available by hyperlink.

1. ONLINE STORE TERMS

By agreeing to these Terms of Service, you represent that you are at least the age of majority in your emirate or country of residence. You may not use our products for any illegal or unauthorized purpose nor may you, in the use of the Service, violate any laws in your jurisdiction (including but not limited to copyright laws).

2. ACCURACY OF PRODUCT INFORMATION & COLORS

We make every effort to display as accurately as possible the colors and images of our hijabs and clothing that appear at the store.

  • Color Variation: Please note that because of the varying settings on computer monitors and mobile screens, we cannot guarantee that your monitor's display of any color will be 100% accurate to the physical product.

  • Descriptions: We do not warrant that product descriptions or other content are error-free. If a product offered by us is not as described, your sole remedy is to return it in unused condition per our Return Policy.

3. PRICING AND MODIFICATIONS

  • Currency: All prices are listed in UAE Dirhams (AED) unless otherwise stated.

  • VAT: In accordance with UAE Federal Law, prices are inclusive of Value Added Tax (VAT) where applicable, unless stated otherwise.

  • Price Changes: Prices for our products are subject to change without notice.

  • Service Changes: We reserve the right at any time to modify or discontinue the Service (or any part or content thereof) without notice.

4. SHIPPING AND DELIVERY (UAE & INTERNATIONAL)

  • Processing Time: We aim to process orders within the timeframe stated on our Shipping Policy.

  • Delivery Liability: While we offer free shipping on orders above AED 200 within the UAE, we are not responsible for delays caused by the courier service or incorrect address details provided by the customer.

  • International Orders: For customers outside the UAE, you are responsible for any import duties, customs fees, or local taxes imposed by your country’s authorities.

5. RETURNS AND REFUNDS

Your use of our service is also governed by our Return and Refund Policy.

  • Hygiene: Due to the nature of our products, items must be returned in their original, unworn, and unwashed condition with all tags attached.

  • Damaged Goods: Any claims for damaged or defective items must be reported within 48 hours of receipt.

6. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

The content on this website, including but not limited to the brand name "The New Hijabi," logos, product photography, and text, is the property of The New Hijabi and is protected by UAE and international copyright laws. You may not reproduce, duplicate, or sell any portion of the Service without express written permission from us.

The New Hijabi shall not be liable for any injury, loss, claim, or any direct, indirect, incidental, punitive, or consequential damages of any kind arising from your use of any of the service or any products procured using the service.

9. GOVERNING LAW

These Terms of Service and any separate agreements whereby we provide you Services shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United Arab Emirates.
